How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped (1-2 business days), we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.  

What is the delivery time?

We always doing our best to sent the orders as fast as it possible. The standard shipping is 10-45 business days, depending on the product (not including the days the order is processed internally).

Please note: Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@gooyeshop.com. If you haven’t received your order within 45 business days you are welcome to contact our customer support for a full refund (This policy excludes customer input errors).

What is your refund policy?
We will provide a full refund if you did not receive your order or if it arrived damaged. Please visit our Refund Policy Page for the full information.

I've ordered two or more items, but only received one, why?

Seeing we have different warehouses globally not all products are stored in the same place.

You should receive any missing components of your order within two (2) weeks. However if you don't – let us know. You can contact our support by emailing:         info@gooyeshop.com.

Please keep all delivery packets as we will require them for evidence of shipment.
